Roasting

Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is pleasant to taste. It softens and transforms into a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa brings citrus hints to add the balance. The result is a cup that is delicious on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It is a great match with lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.

When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready for brewing. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee as this can cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.

Strength - 3, easy and easy to follow, perfect for relaxing at the weekend.

Storage

Lazy Sunday is a smooth light roast with a sweet, citrus and cocoa scent. It has a silky mouthfeel that sooths the palate. The hints of cocoa can be traced back to a winter's day spent on the sofa with a good book and a warm hug from the family. To brew the coffee first pre heat your French Press with off boil water. This is recommended to stop the coffee from extracting too much and creating unwanted elements in the drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that has just been boiled. For four minutes, simmer, take a plunge, and then enjoy.
